Several months after it was announced that Mobile Business of Sony is now 100% fully owned by Sony, the Smartphone Xperia S from  was launched last April 26, 2012 at the Radisson Hotel in Cebu.  The event was attended by locale print media and bloggers. There was also an exhibition held from April 26 to May 2, 2012 at the 2/F Cyberzone at SM City Cebu.  Visitors were able to experienced the amazing HD experience from the Xperia S, an Android Smartphone with a 4.3-inc Reality DIsplay with Mobile BRAVIA Engine. Vince Delacruz, the Product Group Marketing Manage, said that the XPeria S, is the first smartphone released from the Xperia NXT Series.  The Xperia U and Xperia P, along with the new Xperia Sola, are set for release in the Philippines over the next two months.  The Xperia S integrates the best of Sony’s technology and design.
